Dial 108 Rajasthan educating people about safe driving!


On 20th March, Dial108 Rajasthan team under took a public initiative at Baswara of educating vehicle drivers on the importance of “safe driving” to avoid road mishaps.

This initiative was conducted with the support of Traffic Police of Baswara. Our team was successful in reaching and educating more than 1000 people on the importance of safe driving.This activity received huge appreciation from the government bodies, traffic police and general masses.

The colorful festival of Holi was celebrated with much of enthusiasm and energy by Ziqitza family on 19th March.

Rescue Operation at Bandra (E) by '1298' Mumbai Ambulance

On 5th March a massive fire broke out in Bandra (E) leaving thousands of people homeless. On receipt of this tragic news - three 1298 Ambulances were immediately dispatched by CDC team to the incident place.

Our Ambulances immediately transferred injured patients to a nearby hospital. Our staff also provided First Aid treatment to over 120 people who sustained minor injuries due to fire mishap.

On the occasion of Women's Day dated 8th March 2011, Zee TV awarded - Excellence in Social Enterprise to Sweta Mangal, CEO Ziqitza Health Care Limited for her commendable work in the field of social healthcare.

This ceremony was attended by big names in the television and media fraternity. Famous Bollywood artist-Ms Aruna Irani presented this prestigious award to Sweta Mangal.

Dial '108', Kerala conducted health check-up camp


To create awareness for Dial 108 among youngsters, the Kerala team organised a health check-up camp for students in DVNM Higher Secondary School on 25th Feb 2011.
This camp was a learning experience for all the attendees as they not only underwent the check-up , but were also briefed about the services offered by Dial '108' . This awareness about emergency facilities will enable them to be of use to patients/victims at the hour of need!
Over 2000 students and more than 200 staff members participated in the camp. This camp was highly appreciated by the principal, staff and students.
